We make room in the schedule every day for established patients who need to be seen quickly — for the colds that aren’t getting better, the rashes that just appeared, the minor injuries, and the things you’d rather not put off until the next physical.
Best for established patients with non-life-threatening concerns. We know your history and current conditions— which usually means a faster, more accurate visit. Same-day appointments available most weekdays.
A reasonable choice when our office is closed or you’re not yet established with us. Convenient, but much less familiar, and possibly less informative.
Call 911 or go to the ER for chest pain, trouble breathing, severe injuries, signs of stroke, suicidal thoughts, or any concern that feels truly urgent. Don’t wait to call us first.
Yes. Same-day sick visits are for established patients only. New patients should book a first visit online or give us a call. If you’re sick today and not yet established with us, urgent care is usually the right choice while you wait for that first appointment.
We do our best to get every sick patient seen the same day or the next morning. If we can’t, we’ll help you decide whether to wait or seek immediate attention at an Urgent Care or ER.
For some concerns, yes. Telehealth visits work well for things like medication refills, follow-ups, mild respiratory infections, and other low-acuity concerns. We’ll let you know whether your situation needs an in-person visit when you call.
