Whole-Person Care for Every Stage of a Woman's Life

Women’s health doesn’t fit neatly into one specialty — and it shouldn’t have to. From the first conversations about contraception to menopause and beyond, our practice provides comprehensive women’s health care without the constant referrals, the rushed appointments, or the sense that you’re being moved through a checklist.

Comprehensive, Connected Care

Conversations That Don't Get Rushed

Some of the most important conversations in a woman’s medical life — about contraception, about pregnancy plans, about menopause, about a symptom that’s been bothering her for months — need time to unfold.  We build our women’s health visits around that reality. We make space for the questions you’ve been putting off, and we don’t watch the clock while you ask them.

When a referral to a specialist is needed — to a gynecologist, an endocrinologist, a fertility specialist — we coordinate it carefully and stay involved in your care from there. Family medicine is meant to be the steady center, even when other specialists are part of the picture.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get my pap smear and women's health visit done by a family doctor instead of a gynecologist?

Yes, and many women find this simpler. Family physicians are fully trained to provide routine women’s health care including Pap smears, breast exams, contraception, and menopause management. We refer to gynecology for procedures or complex issues that need a specialist.

Yes. We discuss the full range of options — pills, patches, rings, implants, IUDs, hormonal and non-hormonal — and prescribe the ones that don’t require a procedure. For IUDs and implants, we’ll connect you with a clinician who places them and stay involved in your continuing care.

Yes. Menopause care has changed significantly in the past decade, and we keep up with the evidence. We’re happy to have an honest, evidence-based conversation about hormone therapy and other options — what’s been shown to help, what the real risks look like, and what’s right for your situation.
